We are looking for an experienced CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER (m/f/d) to support our partners and customers in their projects with conemis software, enable new conemis users, and help existing users with their daily challenges. Your goal is empowering people and organizations to handle today’s speed and complexity in enterprise software to make innovation meaningful and potentiate progress in their business.
As a CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER, you are the first point of contact for our customers and develop solutions for them so that they can make full use of conemis transition cloud and love the value the software delivers. Besides that, you will refine our customer success processes in cooperation with the product team.
To be a successful CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER, you should have strong interpersonal, leadership, conceptual, and communication skills. You should also possess in-depth experience in operating enterprise software and be eager to become an expert in the functional range of the conemis software.
