As an innovative software start-up with international projects and Fortune Global 500 customers, we are looking for an experienced SENIOR SOLUTION ARCHITECT CLOUD MIGRATION (m/f/d) to support our partners and customers in their projects with conemis software, enable new conemis users, and help existing users with their daily challenges. Your goal is empowering people and organizations to handle today’s speed and complexity in enterprise software to make innovation meaningful and potentiate progress in their business. ​

As a SENIOR SOLUTION ‍ARCHITECT, you work on helping customers migrate to new business applications with the conemis software. You should possess in-depth experience in operating enterprise software and be eager to become an expert in the functional range of the conemis software.

Your responsibilities​

• Help customers solve their functional challenges creatively and hands-on ​
• Operate the conemis software to make customers successful and be an example ​
• Genuinely care about and understand customer needs
• Develop a healthy customer relationship and build trust ​
• Educate our clients and partners by delivering demos and training ​
• Onboard new clients and act as a customer advocate ​
• Promote customer loyalty ​
• Think global ​
• Help make our software better by being the voice of the customer to the product and marketing team  ​
• Ability to get stuff done and execute quickly while continually improving processes

Preferred qualifications & skills

• sucessfully completed degree in informatics, engineering or similar experience
• at least five years of work experience as a Solution Architect or Project Engineer
• skilled knowledge in project management
• Very good acquirements in business applications, preferably CRM ​and Salesforce
• experienced in data migration and – integration
• technical understanding of software and data structure
• independent, structured, solution-focused way of working
• high social and professional skills in association with responsible capacity for teamwork
• capable in co-operating with offshore-teams
