As an innovative software start-up with international projects and Fortune Global 500 customers, we are looking for an experienced Solution Consultant (m/f/d) to support our partners and customers in their projects with conemis software, enable new conemis users, and help existing users with their daily challenges. ​As a Solution Consultant, you help our customers successfully migrate to new business applications using the conemis software. You develop solutions for our customers so that they can make full use of conemis transition cloud and love the value the software delivers. You support customer projects by combining technical expertise with a strong customer-centric mindset. Rather than focusing on problems, you focus on finding solutions and driving outcomes. Your responsibilities​

• Operate the conemis software to ensure customer success and serve as a trusted expert
• Help customers solve functional and technical challenges in a creative, hands-on way​
• Support customer projects and proactively contribute to successful outcomes
• Build strong relationships with customers and develop a deep understanding of their needs
• Support in coordinating migration projects and tracking project progress
• Educate clients and partners by delivering demos and trainings
• Support with onboarding new clients and act as their advocate throughout the customer journey
• Foster long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Work efficiently, execute quickly, and continuously improve processes and best practices
• Represent the voice of the customer and provide valuable feedback to our Product and Marketing teams​

Preferred qualifications and skills​

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience​
• You have at least two years of relevant professional experience in project delivery, software consulting, enablement, technical account management, or a similar customer-facing role within an IT consulting or enterprise software company  ​
• Experience with business applications and enterprise platforms like Salesforce and CRM​
• Revenue Cloud Experience is a plus​
• First experience with data migration, data transformation, or system integration projects​
• Technical understanding of software architectures, data structures, and technical concepts​
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, German skills are a plus​
• Ability to facilitate customer workshops and confidently lead demanding customer meetings​
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously​
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and initiative​
• Passion for improving processes and creating scalable, efficient ways of working​
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style​
• Willingness to learn from experienced colleagues and grow into greater customer and project responsibility over time​
