The customer is a leading financial services company in Germany, specializing in asset financing and leasing. It has modernized its CRM platform by transitioning from a highly customized Oracle Siebel CRM to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

  • HTML line breaks needed to be substituted, excluded, or properly translated, requiring additional processing rules to ensure data consistency and presentation within Dynamics
