Salesforce continues to refine how it positions its core platforms to reflect the growing role of AI-driven, agent-centric workflows across enterprise environments. As part of this shift, several well-known Salesforce services have been renamed under the Agentforce umbrella.

Recent changes include:

  • Sales Cloud → Agentforce Sales
  • Revenue Cloud → Agentforce Revenue Management
  • Service Cloud → Agentforce Service
  • Field Service Lightning → Agentforce Field Service
  • Data Cloud → Data 360

These updates primarily are a positioning realignment, rather than a fundamental change to product capabilities. Core architectures, data models, and integration patterns remain consistent, but the terminology now better reflects Salesforce’s focus on intelligent, unified, and agent-enabled customer operations.

Our Connector Names Are Updated

To stay aligned, conemis also has updated the naming of its Salesforce connectors across the platform while keeping the old names as a directory to ensure consistency with current Salesforce terminology, providing greater clarity for customers, partners, and implementation teams working on enterprise migration programs.

Importantly, this update is naming-only. There are no changes to functionality, architecture, or supported use cases. Existing migrations, configurations, and governance models continue to run as before.

Continued Support for CRM, ERP & Multi-System Migrations with conemis Connectors

While of course the Salesforce connectors remain compatible with the other ones, most enterprise landscapes extend far beyond a single platform. conemis supports a broad range of out-of-the-box connectors across CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, data platforms, and legacy systems, enabling migrations and consolidations in heterogeneous environments.

conemis enables organizations to migrate and consolidate data across complex enterprise landscape including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Siebel, and other industry-specific systems covering sales, service, marketing, and ERP domains.

All connectors are pre-built and proactively maintained, reducing the need for custom API development and lowering operational risk. This approach allows teams to focus on execution, quality, and oversight instead of integration plumbing, making conemis a reliable
